Determining ROI of human development training can be difficult. Nearly everyone would agree that training is required to help people perform better, and we continue to see that when people learn new behaviors to be better leaders and team members, it has a huge impact on the team and its success.
Measuring impact is critical to the success of any training program. We use a series of proven and standard quantitative questions to measure personal well-being, employee morale, culture, and engagement. Comparing the pre-program and post-program results is a good measure of program impact along with direct feedback received post-program.
BetterYet Assessments are included with all BetterYet Teams engagements. We also offer an Environmental Assessment which includes the survey alongside some anonymous interviews to gain a more complete overview of your work environment and culture.


BetterYet Assessments
Positive Foundry offers a complimentary 6-minute survey with any of our programs to measure individual well-being and employee morale, which is completed both before the program lanch and after program completion. This enables us to measure program impact and provide your team with tangible results, helping you quantify your training investment.
Environmental Assessments
Prior to a long-term engagement, new customers might opt for a comprehensive environmental assessment, which includes an anonymous qualitative employee survey designed to measure individual well-being, engagement, culture, and morale as well as individual 1:1 employee interviews in a confidential setting to hear first-hand about the environment.
We will synthesize the survey and interview data to develop actionable insights that will help inform strategic planning or program development. In addition, we will work collaboratively with you to understand any existing and third-party information that may be useful during the planning process.
