You are welcome to attend one, two or all three Well-Being Bites each week as we learn and practice flourishing together!
Monday: Mindfulness Moment
(10 minutes) Breathe like your life depends on it. Kick off your week with 10 minutes of breathing practice, exploring different techniques for using your breath to help release fear and anxiety, manage stress, improve focus, and even relax.
Tuesday: Write It Out
(10 minutes) Did you know that the best place to reflect on feelings, actions, and behaviors is in a journal? In fact, many business leaders, inventors, presidents, military leaders, authors, and people like us keep a journal. Every Tuesday, we will serve up a writing prompt for processing our emotions.
(30 minutes) Designed to create opportunities for us to connect with each other, learn a new skill, and better understand the research, benefits, and ways to practice. We will cover topics including emotional intelligence, building positivity, developing resilience, forgiveness, learning optimism, and many more.

The Positive Foundry team is comprised of lifelong learners in the field of positive psychology, with training from the Geelong Institute for Positive Education in Australia and credentials including Certificates in Applied Positive Psychology, Certified Resilience Training, Master’s Degrees in Business. We also have more than 45 years of combined experience as educators and administrators.
