Chris spent 25 years working in technology start-ups and public companies, leading teams and consulting with some of the best brands in the retail, financial, and software industries. His experience provides him with a global perspective of high-growth companies’ challenges and the importance of developing a culture of engaged and thriving employees.
Chris has experienced the compounding power of thriving cultures and the toll of dysfunctional ones, leading to his burnout and igniting his passion for helping people learn skills to live their best life.
In addition, Chris served as the President of the Columbus Crew SC Foundation and previously served on the Board of Directors for Mizzen+Main.
A popular keynote speaker, Chris trained at the Flourishing Center in NYC and holds a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology, a BA in Business from Wittenberg University, and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
Chris and his wife, Laura, are married entrepreneurs and parents to four girls.
